BTP sets a new productivity record

Brasil Terminal Portuário (BTP) established a new record of productivity. On May 17th, the facility registered 46,94 container moves per hour (GMPH) during the operations of MSC Maureen. In total, 2.427 moves (containers and hatch covers) were handled.

According to the CEO of BTP, Antonio Passaro “more important than celebrate this record is to recognize that this is not an isolated achievement. New operational strategies, continuous training of our employees, innovation, streamlining of bureaucracy and focus on safety have been responsible for the steady progress in our results”.

The ship departed on Wednesday at 1: 55 destined to Buenos Aires.
