We are writing to inform you of new business hours for our Customer Relations Center (CRC):
Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 7 pm;
Saturdays from 8 am to 12 noon.
The new schedule will come into effect on Monday (11). From 5 pm today (8) to Saturday (9), CRC’s telephone line will be disconnected for system adjustments.
Our standby phone number for customer service at other times remains unchanged.
