The company is committed to ethical, efficient, and sustainable port operations—respecting the environment, valuing people, and fostering transparent relationships with all stakeholders. This is an ongoing, collaborative journey guided by dialogue with stakeholders and a constant pursuit of improvement.

To establish itself as a benchmark in the Brazilian port sector, the company adopts sound socio-environmental practices, strengthens governance standards, and invests in quality, safety, and efficiency. Its purpose is to contribute to sustainable development and leave a positive legacy in its field of operations.

Movimento ODS Santos 2030

Movimento ODS Santos 2030

An initiative by Santos City Hall in partnership with the Santos Commercial Association (ACS), bringing together the public sector, the third sector, and the private sector to accelerate the achievement of the UN Agenda 2030 global goals in the region.

Port of Santos ESG Manifest

Port of Santos ESG Manifest

A project led by the Santos Port Authority (APS) that seeks to join forces among the public sector, private companies, and service providers to encourage good social, environmental, and governance responsibility practices—as outlined in the ESG Agenda—within the port sector.

Sustainability Pact

Sustainability Pact

A voluntary program aligned with the Sustainability Policy of the Ministry of Ports and Airports (MPor), designed to engage and commit public and private companies across the port, waterway, aviation, and airport sectors to adopting integrated ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices. Reflecting this commitment, BTP earned the Diamond Seal, the program's highest level of certification.

Cooperation Agreement to foster women's employability

Cooperation Agreement to foster women's employability

Established with the Santos Commercial Association (ACS) to create and maintain a talent pool featuring the résumés of women who completed the “BTP Com Elas” program. The initiative aims to expand professional opportunities for women in the logistics and port sectors.
