Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
André Magalhães was appointed as CCO and joined BTP’s Executive Team in March 2026.
André Magalhães has more than 25 years of experience in the maritime and port sector, having worked for both domestic and international shipping and port terminal companies, including the Pecém Complex in Ceará.
The executive is recognized for his leadership in industry projects focused on technology and renewable energy, such as opportunities to expand trade and maximize value chain performance for customers.
He is a graduate of the Merchant Marine School, Almirante Graça Aranha Training Center (CIAGA), and holds specializations from COPPEAD and Centenary University, as well as executive certifications from FGV, the Port of Rotterdam, and the Dom Cabral Foundation.
